If I do a Configure/ ECU setup / RUN ECU Setup Wizard/
I get an error "Could not find AEM configuration file. Contact AEM for assistance" What is up this this?

I have a 30-1040U box.

Do not use the setup Wizard, I'm pretty sure the slips of paper delivered with your ECU didn't tell you to use it either. Load the CORRECT basemap into the ECU, setup the sensors, begin tuning. Have you read the manual yet? Done ANY reading here?
