currently i still using FIC to tune my car.

When my RPM reached 4000 RPM, AFR show 15.1:1 ~ 15.8:1
But after 15 to 20 sec holding 4000 RPM, AFR show 11.2:1 ~ 11.6:1

How to tell my 4000 RPM is rich or lean?
same goes to 3500 RPM, 5000 RPM etc
