SRT-4 RUNNING ON 2CYL OR USING AFTERMARKET CAMS

BEFORE READING ANY OF THIS BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR COIL DWELL FACTOR IN THE SOFTWARE AND MAKE SURE ITS 30 NOT 50. This is covered on another post here in the SRT4 section.
This apples to SRT-4 using aftermarket cams using our AEM EMS. Symtoms are as follows:
New install car starts but only on 2 cylinders.
Verify the car has after market cams. If its a new install just download the calibration file attached to this post. That is just the base calibration with the changes already made for aftermarket cams.
Installed aftermarket cams and now the car only starts on 2 cylinders.
If you already have a good tune and just installed the cams and it starts on 2 cylinders then make the following changes to the software.
Go to SETUP-->SENSORS-->CAMCRANK SENSOR-->ADVANCE CAMCRANK-->OPTIONS-SYNC SETUP
change Sync teeth from 1 to
3
Go to FUEL-->ADVANCE FUEL-->INJECTOR PHASING-->OPTIONS-INJECTOR PHASING
change injector phase from 2 to
8
Go to IGNITION-->ADVANCE IGNITION-->IGNITION PHASING-->OPTIONS-IGNITION PHASING
change ignition Sync from 8.38 to
14.38
Now, the car should start. Make sure you power cycle the unit to verify the changes have been made to the calibration. Once its started please Sync the timing. CONFIGURE-->ECU SETUP-->SET IGNITION.
Thank you,
Henry--

What if your car does not have aftermarket cams and starts on two cylinders? I let my car sit for a couple weeks, then fired it up and only cylinder 2 & 3 are firing. Any ideas? Car has just basic bolt ons.
