I dont know about any official compatibility statement from AEM, but I have been using AEMPro 1.19 and AEMTuner Beta 1 on Windows Vista with no problems whatsoever. I am using an IBM T30 laptop.

What adapter are you using?  And is this with Vista 64 bit or 32 bit.  I have 64 bit.
