I'm new to the tuning world - and I have a NSX that has previously been tuned.. and I don't want to mess it up Smiley However, it would be nice to have the latest and greatest software, is there any risk to the tuning map if I upload the latest sw?

Thanks.

Then don't upgrade it - otherwise with no knowledge about the AEM EMS you'll probably mess it up.

Just bring your car to the same tuner and schedule some time for a software upgrade
