Looking for some update to this thread???

I have run into the same problem, I need to upgrade from 1.11 to 1.19. When I convert the file it says everything goes well, I update the firmware to EMS it says it's done. When I try to fire the car back up it is overly rich and will not start. I can can go back down and everything is fine.

I have looked at some of the pointers in this thread and all mine match and seem to be the same. I am tuned on a boost comp map now and do not want to start over (what an AEM tech told me to do). Is there a way to look for something other then do the map comparison (which I did) to make the car run on a 1.19 converted file?

Thanks for your time.

I did this a long time ago. I think the thing that got messed up was the MAP sensor setting (in the Wizards). Just go in and check your MAP sensor is still set correctly. I may be wrong, but it won't hurt to check this.

This turned out to be my problem, too.  The O2 sensor cal tables were not transferred properly, and the compare feature caught this error.
