SRT-4 intermitant firing of number 1 cylinder...

Found our base tune from DCR had the coil dwell factor on 50, and the car stopped running right yesterday.
This morning, it fired and ran "not bad", but number one is intermitant, and the plug is showing really rich. So doesn't sound like we fried the board with the coil dwell, but any ideas of why only #1 is acting up?
