I have an AEM boost control solenoid and am having some trouble with the control at low boost level.  To get wastegate spring pressure(6psi) i have to use a duty cycle of 7%, at 11% you get 10 psi of boost.  I want to limit the vehicle to 10psi and control between the 6 and 10 level but the resolution doesn't seem good enough to have consistent control at this low level of boost.  Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get a better duty cycle usage, maybe between 10 and 50%?

Use a smaller bleeder hole. What I did was set the solinoid to 100% then used smaller and smaller bleeder holes untill my max boost level was reached.
