I just got my 1902 wired up and when I turn on the ignition, the fuel pump primes, so I know it's working properly.  My Toshiba laptop connects to an 1100 in a Supra no problem using a PCMCIA/serial adapter, but it doesn't want to connect to the 1902.  I have a new CD that came with the 1902, but I don't not sure if I need it, and if I do use it, will it overwrite my 1.19 installation?  How do I prevent this? Do I even need the new software, or will the 1.19 connect?

Got a call back yesterday from Henry at AEM tech, he was extremely helpful with this and some other minor issues, turns out I had the telemetry enabled, which precluded any communication with my laptop from the EMS!  After setting me straight on this and the other little mistakes I made, he had me up and running in minutes.
Thanks Henry and all the EMS staff for all your hard work, the car runs great!
