If your AFR between the gauge and software is way off, then most likely, your AFR unit is not correct in AEMPro. The AFR unit defaults at AFR methanol even it shows AFR gasoline. In AEMPro, go to "Configure" > "Units" select AFR unit, select AFR gasoline (if you're already on AFR gasoline, select something else, hit apply, and select AFR gasoline again).
