I contacted AEM on this problem, sent in my box for testing and everything seems to be fine.

Unfortunately, the car will not start.
Which parameters do I need to log in order to try and identify this problem?

This is what I know so far...

I have rebuilt my motor and everything seems to be in good condition.  Once I put it together, I encountered a series of problems, which I hope to have fixed.  I set the shafts to TDC and replaced the Cam and Crank sensors.  I also checked the timing using a timing light and with the AEM, the timing was bouncing around, but after the first time, the coils would not fire again.  I removed the AEM and checked the timing using the PCM, which worked every time with a miss here and there.  So, I removed the Engine wiring harness and repaired and wires I could find with even the slightest deficiency.

During this process, I removed one of two UEGO controllers and removed some of the excess wiring by organizing the splices and getting all the wire gauges as close to textbook size as I could.  I will install a fresh engine harness once it comes in to see if it solves any problems.  Is there anything else that would keep the three shafts from syncing?
