Howdy, I am having issues with my idle.  It is jumping up and down from 500 rpm over target to 1500 rpm above target.

My IAC motor has been adjusted, that is if I can get it to sit still long enough to adjust.
I have the PW set to 15.6 Khz, this is just high enough to kill the noise coming from the motor.
When I drop the idle %, it solves the problem temporarily, but then the driving is terrible, it sputters.
When I drop the fuel map, it goes lean.
I have changed the Idle feedback, but this does not help either.
I understand that there might be a glitch in the system, but I cant figure this out.
I have followed the directions in the manual for adjusting the idle, but I still cannot get it to cooperate.
The fuel and take off are good, it just gets to reving from 1400 rpm to 2400 rpm, when my target is set to 1050.
I have attached a few logs with areas of interest highlighted.
I would appreciate any help.
You can see the difference in the idle target error, when the vehicle speed is zero, when the error is obscene and the throttle is closed.
Oh, the idle seems lean also.

Just wondering if you've ever fixed this?

Bring the Dead back to life.

Sorry to did up old threads, but as it turns out, the problem was simple for me... Oil from the CCV hose was getting caught in the IAC diaphram, as it passed through the intake(Blow-By).  A catch can or oil drain kept the blow-by from eating the rubber seals on my IAC motor.
