Driving down the freeway the car went from cruising AF's to lean off the charts and sputtering like crazy. I did a wire swap, plug swap, MSD bypass and compression test. Nothing cures the solution. The car was tuned by UMS tuning here in AZ so the map is good. I'm out of ideas short of replacing the AEM box. I've called tech support but only left a msg. The number 3 cyl does not fire no matter what.

I have a log now but not sure how to load up . stl file or whatever

So it sounds as though you've got it narrowed to a cylinder, so try swapping the injectors (and coils if so equipped) around and see if the dead cylinder follows the parts. Then you can narrow it down component-wise.
