And to help me figure out the upcoming issues can someone pls explain the function of:

Options:
Ignition range      : Is this something to do with dwell setting? havenīt got a clue what itīs for.
Tooth time min    : I saw one explaination from an aem engineer when i searched but i didnīt really understand.
Sync Err R/s        : I guess this is how many A-tooth that will pass until it starts to search for sync again if it encounter a timing error?

Parameters:
difference between sync error and timing error? I havenīt seen any sync errors what i know of, so what is the difference?
Crank tooth period : This is time between the two significant crank edges?
T2per : Same but for cam, atleast in our case.
Sync tooth :  at the first rev cranking its at 7, then when the first cam pulse comes and stat gets on itīs at 0, and after the full cycle is done itīs back at 7 and just stays there until i shut the engine off.. What is that?
Cam - Crank : The time between the cam tooth and the following crank tooth? Since i can turn the cam tooth when engine is running just like u set ignition on a distributor engine, I can tune that to be about 50% of the crank tooth period to really be safe with the sync?

Edit 1: In the 310808_003 log, If u set the Y-range for cam tooth to 0 to 1 i see a helluva mess there, is it just since the 250hz rate is too slow or is it really that bad u think, the uneven pattern should show in the t2per too right?

Edit 2: I guess since this mess is created by us not using the "startup cal" We have let a friend fabricate a new 12 tooth trigger for the crank as well and will copy the settings from the cal provided by aem.

Edit 3: what is your opinion on selecting for example 6000 rpm in the Sync ignore option? I know itīs not the best way but maybe a last option?

Some new beautiful pics.

There is no time this season to get a different ign system so we borrowed a second msd-dis-4.

pros and cons with connecting 2x Msd Dis-4.
Wich one would u prefer?

Now, Our actual config. 8 events per cycle

Alt1, Basic, just in fire order

Alt 2, round-robin Smiley

Alt 3, round robin 2

Alt T, just hook up one box per bank.
