Hello,
strange I cannot find AEM EMS for 1JZ-GTE Twinturbo it is installed in many popular cars:
JZX90/JZZ30/JZA70 (tourer.v/soarer/supra)
I wonder if it would be any chance to have it available.

they have one for the supra 1jz-gte but not the soarer/chaser that i am aware of.
i actually just purchased my AEM EMS to run on my 1jz-gte. what i will be doing is running a patch harness to swap from a soarer 1jz harness to a 2jz-gte harness and running the AEM EMS 30-1100. if you want that done talk to

People have run the 1jz using an AEM EMS but unfortunately there's no plug and play for that engine. Most people have adapted a 1100 supra EMS or 1900 universal to run them.

WEll, it would be nice if it is only wires harness to 2jz-gte adapting.
However 1jz is differ from 2jz, they have different air/fuel/ignition maps. That means that preinstalled base maps in AEM for 2jz-gte will not work with 1jz engine more over it can destroy 1jz engine.
Are there any base air/fuel/ignition AEM maps for 1jz-gte Twinturbo ?

this is very true however you can also download the base map for a 1jz-gte on a supra and you should be able to run that. thats what i will be doing just to get my car to move to my dyno.

Biggu, ok thanks, I can take base maps for 1jz from Apexi Power FC, it has EMS for 1JZ plug & Play, and convert it into AEM.
As for wires harnes adaptor, I find here non-working 1jz stock ECU, I will take from it only socket, and now I am looking for 2jz wires plug, for making adaptor to AEM.
by the way, another issue I face:
1jz has 3 pinouts for injectors, but 2jz has 6 pinouts for injectors. IT seems that I need to rewire 3 wires for injectors.

sync, that would work. as far as wiring i have no idea thats why im going with the patch harness. i know that i will need to change the fuel injectors to a Batch firing mode so that would prolly be what you need to do??
also just wondering where you got the Base map for power FC? i need a base map for my 1jz to start it up. if you dont mind sharing that would be great!

If you have such a high resolution engine management system as AEM EMS you should take advantage of all features, imho. So I suggest you make/pay somebody to make a cam sensor if it is lacking and put a wasted spark ignition system and so on. This way you get what you paid for. Using Apexi base maps is acceptable but only as a start for proper tuning. No system is better than the actual calibration and for this one really needs a capable tuner.
Show us some pictures how it is going?
Peace!

BEST statement ive read on this site in years!
as i always say, your engine management system is only as good as the tuner.
thats why FMU's and check valves worked so well, there is no tuner!
