You can follow these instruction to test your outputs using configure outputs. I will use coil as an example.
In AEMPro, go to "options" > "coils" and make sure your coils
inactive. Then go to "options" > "configure outputs" and set up the conditions like this:

Bring up any parameter window (hit ctrl + P) and bring throttle and coil 1 as your parameters. Coil 1 should say "off", whenever throttle is above 20%, coil 1 should say on. If it comes on, the coil driver in the EMS should be ok.
You can do the same test for all the outputs under configure outputs.
