When opening the s2000 calibration, it says that LS2 is a general purpose outputfunction and will always be on state. Do i  hit Yes, No or cancel?

sorry for the late reply.

For general purpose function, there will be two conditions which determines the function state.
1. switch input
2. pin conditions: like LS2 coolant temp, LS2 Load.

The "always on" warning is telling you the  general purpose function will always be ON, which means:
1. switch input is set to "Disabled", there is no switch input for this function.
2. all pin conditions is "always" met. For example, LS2 coolant temp is active when "at least" -198F.

it's not safe to have such function always on, so the suggestion is hit No.
Or you can hit yes, then go to Tools->Configure outputs, change switch input or pin conditions.

Any questions let me know. thanks.
