At some point all existing PnP EMS's will have a Series2 version available.

Specs look similar to Universal EMS Box. On Universal, it looks like there's header for USB socket - any chance it will be "upgradeable" to USB/CAN connection (higher speed would be a plus - especially for logging!) Mill slot on end plate, solder in USB socket and tada?

I wish they'd add the user-friendly "lean protection" feature of the Hondata S300 system.

There has got to be something we can do to setup a lean protection guys.

^ +1 for this feature, just blew a motor from a quick boost spike which caused a lean out condition. Note on a different EMS setup.

ETA on when the series 2 unit becomes available for the third gen Mazda RX-7, if you plan on providing this (crossing all fingers and toes)?

Thanks

The RX-7 is pretty low on our to-do list... sales for the 30-1800 are pretty slow. It's too soon to predict how soon that app will be converted to a Series 2 unit.

Next on our to-do list are some of the existing Honda and Mitsu/DSM units. First post has been updated.

I second afgmoto, I have a 94 RX-7 and would send payment today if a series 2 box was available.

How long before a Series 2 will be released for the OBD1 Acura NSX, replacing the 30-1042?

Will the Series 2 unit allow the car to perform/run better or is the upgrade just to make tuning more user friendly?

Thanks!

Had to resort to a Universal for my FC3S ... Series 1, of course. Wish it was the newer box...
