Hey, I been having some odd problems after putting on my EMS.  30_1510U

When the car is warmed up and just at idle, the AFR is around 15.5 ... no problem, but now every time I go and fill the car up with gas, my car will idle pig rich at around 9.5 and sounds like its got a monster cam for about 15-20 seconds then slowly goes back to normal.

Anyone have any idea what would cause this? Like I said, it only happens when I put gas in it.

Mine does it too....I beleive it has something to do with the EMS not being able to correctly control the purge valve solenoid. On mine its stuck open all the time. I just capped off the purge line and it works just fine.

So the correct fix for this issue is to cap the purge valve..

I wouldn't say it's the "correct" fix, but it's the only one available right now.  I'm sure there is a way to tweak the settings in the EMS to where it would operate properly, but nobody has taken the time to figure it out.  And I'm clueless when it comes to how that damn thing is supposed to operate!
