Trying to make the move to tuner

I cant connect to my ems even with both of the .net and sourceforge thus far, but i need to make sure of that as far as updating .net.

My question is when i save a workspace and re open it, All my windows are all different sizes again, i have the windows i want to look at but it opens the workspace browser and support pane and squishes all my info.  I notice this is not a problem if you dont have those panes open when you save your workspace.  Also when the left most set of windows is resized if you had say 3 columns the last column automatically gets squished.
