Hi,

We've tried 3 computers, 2 USB serial ports, cycling EMS hitting connect before turning key... Car can start no issues, just can't seem to connect.

Weird thing is the same PC/USB serial connector works flawlessly with the s2000 EMS but intermittent with NSX. It will work however if we connect with the s2000 first, disconnect then to the NSX.

Have searched archives and posts on this, seems the only other explaination is a loose chip. but then it shouldn't work as described above.

Can anyone help please? Have taken a trip out to japan where the car is being tuned, we'd like to hit the track before i have to fly out so urgently in need of a fix.

Thnx!

discovered the s2000 had telemetry set to "off" while the nsx had this set to "ignore".

managed to connect the NSX and set telemetry to "off"

This appeared to work, but the connectivity issue resurfaced later this afternoon.

wow we are having this same issue, whenthe car starts the ems shows connected and immediately shows not connected.  after a few tries it stayed working but shortly after turned off again... what did you do to finally get working completely?
