I had the same issue,  I had to uninstall the previous versions of aemtuner, and then delete all the aemtuner-related folders in the program files/aem folder. After I did that it worked fine.

Yes, we're aware of this issue and are working on it.  The workaround is as the previous poster described:

1. Uninstall all previous versions of AEMTuner via Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs
2. Reboot
3. Delete the folder C:\Program Files\AEM\AEMTuner\
4. Reinstall from the latest install package (v0.96 at the time of this post).

Deleted like mentioned above and it works now. AEM tuner Looks much better than last time.
