Error w/ ECU Log download

I've been getting an error when trying to download the ECU's internal log to my laptop. It will download approximatley 90% of the file, and hit a critical error. I need to get a screenshot of the error message, but it keeps hitting a critical exception. I have tried to download the log file to both my laptops with the same error both times.

This is on my Gen.2 Supra TT ECU.

Is there any way to clear out the old logged data on the ECU to see if it's just corrupted data in the memory?
