The car is a MK3 with a 2JZ-GTE complete with wiring, running a ITS T76. I have build around 15 Supras, so are familary with the AEM as it is brand of choice.

The car has been runing with stock ECU while waiting for the AEM. Startet with putting the ECU in the car and uploading the map. There was no possibility for converting an "old" map so i selectet a map that came with the AEMTuner. Setting up sensores with the wizard and was ready to start. The enigne wouldent start? and no stat sync signal.
First error.: The crank sensor was not setup to eigther faling or rising edge. Okay now the engine startet.
Second error.: Next hooking up the AEM gauge to pin 48B looking at the sheet that folowed the AEM25 - second error the pin number on the sheet is wrong as the numberes is shown as ECU pins and not the connector as the drawing shows (I have connectet the AEM wideband to coil #5 !. This is critical for a shipped product.
Now to using the AEMTuner, I know that I should give it a chance but the AEMpro was ust much bettere in my mind. Here is my comments to AEMTuner
1. The software cashes all the time, marking an area in the fuel map and pressing + and it just shuts down
2. There is no digits on parametres (AFR, Knock, TPS and so on)
3. There is no gauges, I liked them
4. It is not possible to setup an upper and lower alarm on the parametres, AEMpro went red when it went over the limit

What I like about the AEMPro and the AEM ECU is that it is realy plug and play, ingition and every thing just works out of the box. The AEM25 and AEMTuner is shipped out to soone if you ask me

BR from a tuner, that hops it be bettere again

Hi LasseAEM, thanks for the info.

1. about the crash, can you check your OS, I guess it'll be XP SP2 not SP3, right? I found out the crash will only happens on our XP SP2 test machine, and on my developing machine, since it's SP3, the crash will never happen so I cannot catch it when I'm doing the code testing.

2. can you post a screen shot for that?

3/4: gauges and alarms will be available in the future versions.
