Running rough

So with the AEM FI/C hooked up to the harness, when I wiggle the harness (when its plugged in) or hit a hard bump it seems to misfire.
I connect the by pass harness and wiggle the lines and nothing happens, when means I do not have a loose connection. I’m thinking that something my be loose in the FI/C module.
Also when the car is idle, about every 5 seconds it seems to have a little extra jerk. Almost like a miss fire but not as serve.

Besides this it run great.

Firmware is z1.10

I have had this problem twice. The first time the harness was not full seated to the AEM and the second time the pin that holds the power wire into the harness fell out so I had to get a new harness. I would check all of your pins in the harness connector to see if they are loose along with making sure the harness is seated fully.
