Is harness for Honda FIT complete kit?

30-2986 part number
is this all I need to install or do I tap the FIC into the harness....based on the picture I just don't see how this hooks up...
I'm ready to buy so hopefully an AEM guy can verify this for me.

That is just a patch/extension harness. You'll need to make your FIC connections into it.
