Putting a 1040 box on a LS1

I pulled my 1040 box out of my integra and plan to use it on a turbo ls1 I'm putting in a 73 datsun 240z. The box is currently set up for the t1 hall effect trigger so would I need to change any jumpers in the box. I looked at the f-body box and it uses hall effect for the cam and crank. Are there any other jumpers that need to be changed. Maybe for the number of coils or number of injectors?
Would i be better off using 1.19 that I'm currently using and just copy over inj and ign phasing etc. or start of with the 1.21 f-body map and modding it to my liking?
I'm going to be building my own harness. In my head I only need the Crank, Cam, Map, Tps, Iat, Ect sensors and inj/coil outputs to get the car running. Let me know if you think I'm missing something.
Thanks for any input.

Please contact tech support if you plan on modding the EMS yourself. (310) 484-2322 x303.

I will call in. Thanks.
Just an update. I'm planning out the harness now and so far I figured out the honda icm gets a 12 output and the ls1 coils are triggered by a 5v or gnd. I'm looking for a solution.

The moment of truth. It works. I got the car to start and idle so far. I will be doing more tuning this week.

Here are the notes for the harness I built.
