Which Sensor to use for measuring brake pressure

Hi,
I am looking for a sensor that i can hookup to a data logger on a racebike to measure how much brake is being applied.
I have been unable to find which sensor would be best fitted for this application
Can anyone please give me some advice on which AEM sensor to use?
