When you hook up the uego and boost solenoid, do you hook it up to the ems box or the stock ecu box?

for the uego i know its c2-31
for the solenoid its c1-28

With the Boost Solenoid you will use the same two wires that the stock solenoid used,
the UEGO im ussuming you have a non uego aem, it will be the stock ecu harness that goes to the AEM since your only using the Mopar PCM for auxillary purposes.

If you're using a Plug-n-Play EMS then connecting the Boost Solenoid to the stock boost controller wires will directly connect the solenoid to the EMS.
