Click on "No ECU" icon on the bottom of the screen (not connected to ECU of course) and this error pops up.  Sometimes the program crashes.

Acer Netbook, no serial port.  It sits and waits for one minute trying to connect (no indication, just sits with a hour glass), and throws up a:

Libusb error:  System.DllNotFoundException:  Unable to load DLL 'libusb0.dll':  The specified module could not be found.

Obviously the AEM isn't connected thus the usb-port doesn't exist.  Seems more like an annoyance bug at this point.  I'm aware that this points to no usb/ecu found.  I was under the impression this was fixed with a pop-up screen stating no ecu found?

The error indicates that you haven't install the driver for ECU. the "libusb0.dll" is needed to connect to ecu.
We'll make the connection process more user-friendly in later versions

I have the same problem, trying to connect through USB-to-COM adapter.
It shoes this error, then the program write that no ECU found, asking to "Retry" or "Cancel".
How to install that driver???

moshny,

If you're using usb-to-com adapter, then no driver is needed for EMS. However, you might need driver for your adapter.
Please try the newest version: v0.99 beta, and let me know if you still have this problem. thanks.

dre99gsx, what's your OS, XP or Vista? I tried AEMTuner on my HP netbook (XP) with both serial and usb, and it works well. Please try the newest version: v0.99 beta, and let me know if you still have this problem. thanks.

If you have more than one USB port on your laptop then try a different port.

Sorry for the late response.  The issue was indeed what you had described:  No USB driver installed for AEM V2.

No problems as of late.
