Engine load = No start?

ok so at ignition my engine load is at 96 kPa and im positive my map is hooked up correctly.
i havnt started the car yet with the ems
what is controlling my engine load function.....

Without the engine running your intake manifold will be at atmospheric pressure. Atmospheric pressure is 100 kPa at sea level at such and such a temperature. When you start your engine vacuum will build and the manifold pressure will drop to something less than atmospheric.

hmm well that good.. still the car wont start with Two base maps
and in the manual your supposed to time your car with it cracking with injectors off corrrect?

You can do it cranking with the injectors off and/or with it idling
