the system was working fine then this morning i started getting an error code of 1,checked fluid level and it was fine.

I joined the level sensor wires together and the light went off for a while, then i went for a test drive and before i even moved 20 ft the light started to flash again.

there is approx. 4-5 sec interval between flashes.

i have wired the meth kit to be fired by the ems with an earth switch to the ems.

Are you still seeing a single flash each time?

i am actually facing the same issue as well.

my LED keeps flashing level 1 but my tank is full. after awhile it will go off, i realise that once i park on a slope or stop on itm the error code will come back. my tank is full with water/methanol 50/50.

i read that some sensor might have problem with colorless liquid? is it advisable to put very little of coloring into the mixture so it will help the sensor to detect better?

here is the video to my flashing problem when my tank is full.

The opacity of the fluid you use does not affect the level switch.  What you use for your injectable can create a problem.  Methanol has a lower specific gravity than water does and if you use 100% methanol, which we never suggest, then the float on the level switch won't actually float and you'll always have a false low level indication.  50/50 water/methanol works fine with the level switch.

I suggest that you check the level switch and make sure the float is still moving up and down.  You can also bypass the switch and connect the wire and brown wires together.  This should make the error code go away.  If it doesn't immediately go away try cycling the power to your controller.  You can also test the function of your level switch using a multimeter set to check connectivity.  With the tank full you should have a complete circuit.  With the tank empty you should see an open circuit.
