Controller Malfunctioning

My AEM meth controller started malfunctioning. It started spraying meth while I was idling at the traffic light. I had to pull the fuse on the pump to get it to stop
I assume there is a warranty on it? How do I go about getting a replacement? The fluid level sender also stopped working. Not good for a kit that has only been in the car fro about 5 months.

I looked at the controller today. It seems that the case was pressing against the test button and triggering it.

Now the controller does not trigger the pump at all. It is receiving power and is grounded and is getting the boost signal. It seems like the pressure sensor is not working.

It would be good if someone from AEM could help me here. I don't live in the US so I would rather avoid sending back the controller for testing if it is defective. I might just end up buying a snow controller.

How do you know it's not triggering the pump? What have you done to test it? Have you checked your power and signal connections at the pump? Have you checked for connectivity on all connections? Are you getting any error signals? How are you testing the pressure sensor? Where is the pump mounted? Are you sure it's the controller and not a pump issue?
If you'd like more immediate help I suggest that you call Tech Support at 1-800-423-0046. If through your testing you determine that one of the components in your injection system is defective and you'd like to have it covered under warranty, that component will need to be sent to AEM for testing once an RMA number has been issued to you from Tech Support.

Please be patient as these forums aren't patrolled daily by the staff at AEM.
Check the wiring for your ARM SWITCH wire, (YELLOW). Make sure that it is getting +12v when you want the system to be active. Do you hear the pump humming when the arm switch has +12v? What happens when you hold down the test button?
If you feed regulated air into the vacuum line, what voltage is displayed on the blue wire? (0-5v output). You will need a multimeter of some kind to read the voltage on that wire.
At atmosphere (0psig) you should be seeing somewhere around .3v. 38psi you will be around 5.0v. The calibration between the two is linear, you can do the math.
Post your results.

Sorry if I am coming off offensive, but I am frustrated with this kit. Fristly the low level indicator gets stuck in the down position and doesn't move freely anymore. Then a couple weeks later the system decides to dump methanol into my intake while i'm idling at the traffic light. Now it doesn't trigger the pump under boost.
I haven't tested the pressure signal, just zeroed in on it by process of elimination.

Tht's a good tip, I didn't remember about the blue wire. I will check it out on the weekend and post back.

It is definitely not working. I get 0.01V at 0psi and it doesn't change no matter how much pressure I push to it. The pump doesn't come on at all. I realize that the minute I press the test button the pump starts to run, you don't have to wait six seconds.

You don't need to wait 6 seconds, you usually hold it down for 6 seconds.
If the controller isn't responding to manually feeding in air, then give the tech line a call and they can help you get the issue resolved.
