What firmware are you running?
I just noticed yesterday that it is gone with v1.21 but it is there then the tune is a 1.19.
Damn... I SURE hope it is just something I am overlooking.

For now, Automapping is not included in AEMTuner. Future versions will include something to replace the Automap feature in AEMPro. It may look and feel different than the Automap implementation in AEMPro.

that's good. Automapping never worked right for me in pro...hopefully AEM gets it right in tuner!
