Ok yesturday regrounded entire car, tach bounce went away.Today i hop in the car to strap it down and start working with it again.Well it started in with the same crap its been doing since day one, tach bounce missfires dead holes ect. Then i shut the car off and now it has no spark,so i pin the tfi dist plug out,all is well.I look at the log screen for ignition and it sees 150 rpm so the ecu is picking up from the hall switch and module. But i have no flashing light at the msd digi 6 box.I went threw there trouble shooting and the box checks out ok.But i have no crank trigger to the box. Please someone help me on this car, jesus christ im going to burn it.Im to the point of putting a blow threw carb on it.What am i doing wrong, this thing is so hit or miss and ive changed everything,i guess i could put a new dizzy with quality hall switch and module, but its wierd cause the aem box shows 150 rpm during cranking.
If i go the ls1 coil route does it fix all these stupid spark and sync **** issues,im sorry im ranting but im at wits end with this thing and it needs to run by wensday for a car show ive been thrashing on this car for over a month.
If anyone feels that they have 15 minutes to b.s about this thing and knows the system please call me.

Maybe try to re-seat the prom chip in the EMS. That USED to be a common problem..I had to do that on mine, my issue was the truck shutting off when I hit bumps because of that damn chip.
..It got very aggravating!

are you using a serial to usb adapter?
Have you tried just re-uploading a clean cal file on it?

So this morning i come in,first thing i do is reload the cal file, car starts right up.I reset the timing witht he sync wizard and car sounds pretty good.I then adjust the coil dwell up 5 and that moves my rpm upto 6800 or so before it started to break up like it did before with the early rev limit. It hits that limit pretty hard pops and shuts off.And now im back with no start no spark.

ok pulled up my voltage reading at ecu and its 1 volt diff between battery and box voltage.battery is 12.2 box voltage is 11.15 to 11.18 and moving alittle. This thing is baffling me.i checked the ecu relay and its working. What i dont understand is the car started perfect this morning and ran for 15 minutes,re syncd it perfectly, adjusted the coil dwell to increase rpm range ,it hit limiter hard once like a hard bang then the car shut off and now has no spark again.I pulled ecu out pulled the cal chip out re setted it and still nothing,it will comm up and i can load cal files but nothing from there no spark.WTH is going on.Also ive sent this box in twice, the first time the revised some stuff in it cause it was so old serial number 0018 then the last time i couldnt get it to comm up so they said it had a corrupted cal file charged me 85 bucks and sent it back, said it had interment comm problems.

You need to post up some logs of this stuff, it's tough to help with no data.
Also check the basics. Fuel, spark, etc. If you have that you should have a running car. TFI modules go bad all the time, be sure it's not something not aem related.
You never answered if you were or were not using a serial to usb adapter cable.

Interesting... You need to take an internal log of your crank signal... Setup your internal logger as pictured and then post the internal log. Sounds like you may be losing sync or crank signal.
