What are you seeing or hearing that indicates a pulse?  The new style of pump has an internal bypass setup which virtually eliminates any kind of pulsing.

MY CAR HAVE A PRESSURE WATCH INSTALLED IN THE LINE OF THE PUMP AND THIS BEGINS TO OSCILATE VERY ERRATIC.

The pumps have three diaphragm chambers that draw the fluid into the pump and then pressurize and force the fluid out.  Each revolution of the pump motor cycles each diaphragm once so there are three pulses per revolution.  When the pump is at full speed there are hundreds of pulses being emitted.  If you use a non-dampened pressure gauge (no snubber) then all these pulses will appear as an oscilation.  It's simply the dynamics of a multi-chamber diaphragm type pump.
