My labtop was dropped and broke, i had a company do a data recovery and now my tunes are not opening, trying to see if its this new windows 7 comp, or issue with the files!

Thanks guys! any insight or how to would help!

I tried to open it and couldnt either, may be a corupted file

download the tune from your ECU...
