I was told that I need this version Specific. I new to the AEM EMS scene and Im trying get a good understanding on the setup. Any helps would be greatly Appreciated.

download aemppro. The correct version of log comes with it.

Is there a Specific Verison for Specific cars or is it a Universal Program and non car Specific.

nope. one size fits all. just download aempro and use the version that comes with it. simple as that.
