ok it all started when it got colder out but when I get on it from close to a dig around 3k rpms it acts like a fuel cut I thought I hda the maf clamped properly.  It throws my afr's to 10 and it won't gain any rpm

It may help to let us know what kind of mazdaspeed you have. If the afr is 10...that means its probbly lower than that.  So u are dumping crazy fuel for some reason.  Looks like u need to pulls some fuel

Check for leaks between the turbo and the intake. Any air escaping will cause weird conditions if using a MAF to control fuel.
