30-2204 AEM 4ch Thermocouple Amplifier

Hello all,  I recently ordered an AEM 4 channel thermocouple amplifier and 4 Type K Thermocouples to use with my 30-1900U on a 550+ AWHP Audi 4 cylinder.

The .pdf on AEM's site indicates this thermocouple amp takes mini thermocouple connectors.  Do these connectors some with the amplifier or do I need to order them from somewhere?  I don't see these on AEM's electronics site...  however the p[lace I am getting my sensors from does have them.

Anyone else use this amplifier?
if so,  what did it come with?  I presume the Deutsch connector comes in the box with it???

Anyone have a good source for high quality EGT sensors at a fair price?
