You may have bad or so-so groundings. Also those oem Supra coils need to be VERY clean to work ok, especially where coil connects to plug top. Also those oem coil wirings and connectors are usually not too good anymore.
If it was my own car I would replace coils with something more powerful, ie this:
http://www.034motorsport.com/ignition-solutions-034-high-output-dis-coil-wbuilt-in-ttl-driver-p-277.html
Wiring these small beasts is not easy, groundings need to go to right places. Also plugs and plug wires should be correct type to keep noise away.
I'm from Finland, North Europe. If help is really needed I can travel to France to help you guys with this

the probleme is in the map, it s sur, because we have try this map on an good supra, and there is the same problem
maybe an problem of value? too hight? to low ignition , i don t know...
you can try this map, when your car is ready, you stabilize at 2/2500 rpm and you can see if it s stable

Increase option "Dwell Max" from 4.00 teeth to 6.00 teeth. This may or may not help at higher rpm's.

I have this same problem except at 27 psi. Anything lower and its fine. Soon as I hit 27 it starts breakin up. Setup is ID1000's E85 and V2. Plugs gapped at 25 and tried 22 as well with no luck. Only other thing left to try are new coil packs, mine are old and worn.
