Just checking to see if anyone else is having the same issues with the AEM V2 that I am and what may fix it. I have a MKIV TT 6 speed Supra with 280 HKS camshafts, stock block, worked head, Titan cam gears and a Weldon 2345a pump/Dial-a-flow controller with a RMR intake mani with the dual injector setup.

1.) While driving, if you push the clutch in anywhere under 1,500RPM's it will die everytime. Tried to get the car not to stall under 1,500, but the AEM drops 1500 rpms normally or something?

2.) Also while driving, when I take my foot off the gas it will stay at 2,000RPM's and will fall off eventually (Although it does take at least 10 seconds). Maybe, for some reason the IACV isn't performing properly in the AEMTuner?

3.) The car bucks pretty bad under 2,000RPM's (Like it wants to keep going; But this did happen on my V1). We put the 1,000CC injectors as the primary's for better drivability and the 1,600's as the secondary's (This helped a little).

4.) I am experiencing a dip in my RPM's (Driving along normally and it will drop to about 2,500-3,000RPM's and go back to normal. We did change the front cam sensor for the random RPM drop (Did nothing).

The ECU did die one time on me but started right back up while cruising on the highway. My tuner (Who is very good BTW) tried to install the newer version of AEM tuner and the car wouldn't start at all. Thanks in advance for any help.

These are all tuning issues, he must not be a very good tuner or not familiar with the v2.  Try not using your IAC, just tune it out of your entire tune and see how it runs.  I had many issues with it until I finally gave up on it and dont use it anymore.

Having somewhat similar issues here. I updated my cal file from the 1v14 to 1v17 and converetd the tune from the 1v14 to 1v17 using the wizard. Car runs great, starts easy but after a couple of hard pulls, the idling just keeps going higher and higher. I'm stuck at 3000rpm idling lol

I know it might be a tuning issue but someone told me taht when updating your 1v14 tune to 1v17 tune you need to do a little changes / adjustment when using the wizard whcih I failed to do because I was so excited to try otu the 1v17 cal file with all its updates.

My car is BPU+ USDM 6-speed TT with all the bolt ons (intake, FMIC, turboback exhaust w/ no cats and HKS DLI), stock injectors, Walbro pump, aeromotive FPR. I didn't have this problem until I loaded my ECU with the 1v17 cal file

Any ideas? Also have AEM Tuner V2.0

I had the very same issue with an supra, but only if fully warmed up ( cold engine, it didn't happen ). It was in fact an worn engine trust bearing which could not hold the force by an HD aftermarket clutch pressure plate. The engine was loosing oil pressure due to this worn bearing, so an fatal bearing failure occurs later on.

2.) Also while driving, when I take my foot off the gas it will stay at 2,000RPM's and will fall off eventually (Although it does take at least 10 seconds). Maybe, for some reason the IACV isn't performing properly in the AEMTuner?
Looks like the common TPS setting issue. The TPS sensor is very sensitive to temperature and changes when Engine warm up. Take care that the TPS% will never read 0.00% or 100%.
Also, remove the damper at the Throttle plate. ( or the vaccuum lines) because its holding th etPS a bit open sometimes

3.) The car bucks pretty bad under 2,000RPM's (Like it wants to keep going; But this did happen on my V1). We put the 1,000CC injectors as the primary's for better drivability and the 1,600's as the secondary's (This helped a little).
Can also be related to point 2, because its the same rpm. Can be that the Idle vs. Ignition timing kicks in due to TPS, adjust the Timing in an way that the idle advance will be lower for the top of the idle

4.) I am experiencing a dip in my RPM's (Driving along normally and it will drop to about 2,500-3,000RPM's and go back to normal. We did change the front cam sensor for the random RPM drop (Did nothing).
Its possible that you have an missfire. Adjust the Coil dwell in that area ( base map has an too low dwell, especially under boost i get horrible missfires). You will see also the tach reads that dip right? If so, its possible that you need more coil dwell, or a bit more ign timing there. Also, its possible that an coil boot is worn.
